I saw the inked one first & was wondering where the stars were
I like that you added them. I would have tried to give them a less uniform spacing. You could also give the stars a black outline (by selecting them, filling with black & then Modify>Contract [by 1 pixel] and then delete).
I hope you don't mind my suggestions. It does look beautiful. I really admire the details you put into the hair!
